15-179 Pivot Lock Shoe, 9/16" Thick

We are in need of window repair parts. Attached is a picture of the window with the pivot lock shoe that is broken. Are you able to advise what item(s) we may need to repair this and the parts we need to order.

The picture is the lower part. I dont see one on your website that matches. The ID number stamped on it is 27HD. It is a spring loaded balancer.

I would like to replace the current channel balance in my condo but the imprint reads "21e" and is 22" long. Is the correct replacement part S770-22? Also, would the pivot lock shoe product code 15-179 fit the old pivot lock shoe or can you recommend a different one? Lastly, the screws holding i ... (cont.)

Hi - purchased wrong pivot shoes - the cam was not wide enough for the metal part in the window that slides into cam. Also, the shoe needs to be flat. Hi, I just received my balance bar S770-27 and I ordered the 15-129 pivot shoe which is too wide for my windows. I'm wondering what one I should be ordering instead. My old pivot shoe is measuring 1"wide 1/2" thick and 2" tall. Please help!

Hi I need 2 plastic end pieces that are screwed onto the end of the balances of a tilt window

This is a broken balancer foot. I need help finding the right foot, and I am curious how this connects to the balancer. Is there a clip I am missing ? The balancer itself is 29 B BSI HB The foot measures 1/2" deep, 7/8" wide, 1 7/8" tall

The dimensions of the attached are 1/2" thickness (this is the thickness of the thickest part which is the little pivot circle), 1" wide and 2" tall from the top center to the bottom. Photos of my old pivot shoes are attached. They are 1/2" deep and 7/8" wide. They appear to be 1-7/8" tall without the broken top metal and plastic. These were some of the bad ones. There is a metal piece that normally goes on the top part that is broken and missing. I didn't look closely enough and ordered the incorrect shoes originally. I couldn't get the images uploaded on your site. This is a Milestone Single Hung window - 27". Also, if the window doesn't stay in the up position, what part(s) do I need to repair? Thanks, Patti
