Hi, I have purchased Pivot Lock Shoe, 9/16" Thick (item #: 15-179). Now I found out that I need matching foot too. Please tell me what the product number is for the matching foot. Thanks, Charles

2 1/16" Tall 1" wide 9 1/16 - 5/8 thick this look like the same shoe for another window in my unit but one has 2 balances and the other has one. Can the same shoe work on both? What part do you recommend. thanks joe

Hi I need to order 4 - S795-34 (34d) window balances with 15-179 pivot shoes. I actually have the balances but with the incorrect pivot shoes. Do they need to be factory attached or can we attache them to the ones I previously purchased?? Thanks, Jack

I have a window balance where the aluminum shaft is 24 inches in height 5/8 inches in width the spring inside the shaft is 13 inches last the string is at the least 36 inches in length. I need 10 pivot foot that look like 15-167 ,178 or 188 BUT have a dimension issue. my foot is 1/2" deep (f-b) by 2 1/8 " (t-b) by 1" (l-r) the 3 units that look like mine are 1 1/4" left-right which is the width of the track it fits into in/on the window. I have two windows in need of repair. On one, the bottom window doesn't stay up and on another, the top window doesn't stay up. Greetings, my windows use the following Balance: 28" Series 770 Balance S770-28 We also have ordered the 15-184 Pivot Lock Shoe. It is no longer listed on your site. Can I use the PIVOT LOCK SHOE, 9/16" THICK Product Code: 15-179 for a replacement.

I can't find an exact replacement on your site. No brand name on the window. Uses a 28" long, 3/8" diameter, yellow/orange tip sprial ballance. Shoe measures 1/2" thick 1" wide 2-1/8" tall. Window is approx 15 years old. All measurements are approx using a tape measure. Thanks for your help ... (cont.)

Hello! I believe item 15-179 (Pivot Lock Shoe, 9/16") would work for the attached picture. The measurements seems correct but I'm a little nervous - this is my first time ordering these parts. Any advise would be welcome! Many thanks!

Hello- In the past, I have purchased your Part # 15-067 which is no longer made. Your 15-118 has been recommended as a replacement but frankly I do not like what I see as to the way it is designed.
