I recently purchased a pair of Andersen sash balances (24-637), but the sash won't stay up. What balances should I use for an Andersen sash that weighs 20 Lbs?

Hey please see attached sticker on window frame. The string does not retract into the balancer. Is the balancer serviceable? Or will it need to be replaced?

I have a defective sash balancer on my Anderson window. the numbers on the window seem to be CIG-2 1-95.6 High Perf. (Hard to read them.) What sash balancer do I need? The windows are about 20 years old.

I have an Anderson Single Hung window with a broken sash cord. Does Anderson make a Balance for a single hung window. I seem to have only seem double hung Balances.

My home was built in 1993. I have several Anderson windows with non-working balances. There are 3 different sizes, and they all have the number 11600A-3 stamped on one side and 11600-17 on the other.
