15-199 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

Photo 0127 is the broken parts removed, photo 0128 is the balance installed on a different window. Coils are numbered 5232208

Hoping to buy the correct parts to fix this window. It won't stay up. The coiled spring when stretched out is about 23 inches.

I have a broken balance coil and sash pin. The other two coils look fine? Can I just replace the broken parts or get whole new assembly? What are the part numbers? Thanks

I am looking to replace the springs and tilt latches on some of the windows in a town home we purchased. I am hoping the sticker will give you an idea in what and where I can purchase them. I tried to get pictures of the spring and shoe mechanisms.

I have one of these shoe locks almost completely broke and are they hard to replace ?

The darn thing is about three Inches long and no numbers, comes from a double hing window that is roughly 33' x 70' and uses a sring coil thing (that also needs replacing, the No. Is PAT#5.704.165) if I could have help identifying it that would be wonderful
