I have two sash window windows with broken coil springs. window 1 - weighs 37.5lb and I attach photos of the mechanism. On each side there are 3 coils, 2 x 9lb and 1 x 4lb, a total of 22lb. I believe these windows are pella new construction from 2021 We have some of these that are in the middle of the window that hold it up when opening that are broken.
