I have a few Simonton windows that need new coil balance springs. The existing broken spring is not marked. They are the 1/2" wide spring. The window size is roughly 24" wide and 19" high. I am not sure what spring weight to order. Thanks

I believe these windows are pella new construction from 2021 We have some of these that are in the middle of the window that hold it up when opening that are broken. Looking to replace this pivot bar

Need 4 assemblies, 2 left and 2 right(2 windows). The assemblies I have, have 2 #5 springs in each, meaning 2 #5s on the left and 2 #5s on the right. Does that mean a weight balance of 20 lbs, 10 lbs, or 5 lbs for the window? If 20 lbs, could I use a left #10 spring and a right #10 spring? ... (cont.)

I need these parts and if you can identify the window model from the sticker then I need the fuzzy seals and the rubber seal at the bottom of the window.
