Please advise based on photos for shoe and coil replacement. Coils are marked 4 and 5, shoe has an 8 on it, not visible in photos. Double coil balance encasement suggestions also appreciated. Exceeded upload lim it to show you that, it is 3" high and has a 2 on it. Thank you!

Attached are pictures of the coil balance for my window. These pictures are from my window that weighs 23lbs. I also have another window that weighs 18lbs. and has the same problem where the coils have broken. The coils have broken on both sides of the windows. The plastic cover and the shoe are in ... Coil spring broke on right side of upper sash. Spring is 1/2 inch. Double spring. Only number I see on spring is stamped "3". I would like to replace all parts related to coil balance.

I believe this part is the Series 165 coil balance, but I cannot find a stamp to indicate the weight. Are you able to provide any guidance as if that is the correct coil balance and what the correct weight is? I am looking to order the entire coil balance assembly.

WINDOW BALANCES, RIGHT AND A LEFT

I need new coils and probably new shoes for the whole balance assembly for this window. It's a dual coil but the one I took off only had one in it.
