I have just ordered and replaced the metal pivot bar which was also broken however it seems the show is stuck and only slides up with the window a couple inches before stopping. I am pretty sure this is a 3/8 inch egress coil triple support it's an inch and a quarter wide by 4 1/2 inches long and looks similar to your product code 15?205. I also need a little metal bar that goes down in the bottom of the window as the Pivot arm

We are in need of balances, shoes, & pivot bars for 7050 MI windows. We previously submitted a request but lacked pictures on the balance piece needed. Please contact us if we can get these parts through your company.

Before I knew anything about how the coil spring and support foot worked, I yanked out the entire set up because the plastic cover was completely broken up and the window wasn't staying open. I thought the replacement part would be one piece, not two or three. Now I realize that the cover is the on ... (cont.)

I need the left balance as well as the right balance.

The one pic shows 2 coils but one came out so there are three. Coil is 3/8" wide. Four lbs noted on coil.Tks. Deb

The latch in the photo is broken. Can you tell me the replacement part number for this latch? Also, should that flat metal spring be in the track? I don't see it on my other windows. This may be what broke the latch.

I sent over pictures with all the numbers I find on the window. The window has no tension so the window will not stay up. I need to be able to replace the spring but cannot find it on your website. Please let me know if you can help me out. Thanks

From reviewing your previous posts it looks like I need a 15-111 pivot shoe, a 15-204 dual spring cover and S-165 coil balance. Before ordering can you confirm I have the right parts and tell me which coil balance I need ( 3,4,5,or 8 lbs.)? Thanks

I am not sure what this piece is called. I am having a hard time locating a replacement. I took a picture of a window with the hardware intact and a picture of the window and the missing hardware. Can you help identify the item and do you have any in stock?

I am replaced the broken parts on a single hung window. I used parts I recently purchased that you suggested would work. My problem is when I open the window the sash clip drags on the coil guard and the clip either breaks or the plastic guard is chipped. What am i doing wrong? The window takes the ... (cont.)
