The metal channel measures 19 15/16". There are plastic wings on both ends. We would like to purchase 24 of them, or if there is a bundled amount in a box that would be economical that could be fine. The only marking I found was the number 1920. One side I measured 20" As you can see all the parts that help open the window are missing. Thanks

Not sure what these are called but I have a few broken ones in my window. They are 20 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and there is a number 19 D stamped on the side

Hello.The Stamp Options for the 20" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE on the website are not on my channel. The numbers I have are 20 4 JU CMC 2. Do you have a recommendation for the Stamp Option I would choose to order two replacements?Kindest regards.Sarah

I plan to order s385, but old one has metal channel that is 20.5" in length. Should i order 20 or 21? Imprint says 1990 but Option 1990 not available with 20"; what is a good match? Pls. Help.

I am returning the larger ones I purchased. I now found out that it is only 18". A neighbor where my house is took out the other one for me and found a marking on it. Do you have 18"? If not, I guess I could try the 19" and see if we can get them to work. Thanks.

I am pretty sure that I need your 385 series. But wanted to verify. The shoe is 1 3/32, so it's not the 380 series.
