23 inches long 1/2 inch width 22B USB marking on the side

I want to replace top sash guide for S385-23 Channel balance

The channel is 23" long and 1/2" wide. The shoe is 1-3/32". There is no stamped serial number other than the Caldwell one shown in the subject.

Not sure what make the window is. The spring stopped recoiling on one side. I will replace both. However I'm not sure which part to purchase. Thank you.

Piece is 23" long. I am also missing the metal piece at the top of the window which tilts out with flat head screwdriver

Hi, I was trying to find a correct match for my window balance/channels. I have a few that say 25-9 and a few that say 24-9; all for the same size windows. On the 25-9 balances, the plastic top part was cut at the top, so it would fit. I do think the 24-9 is correct; bi can not find a match in yo ... (cont.)

Good afternoon, I'm having trouble. Just the aluminum channel measures 23 inches and 1/2 inch wide. However I can't see a difference between the plastic Top/Bottom on your series S380, S385, or S395. Sure could use your assistance. Thank you! Oliver

Hi there! I'm looking for a replacement balance for my window. The item has no markings or numbers. The pictures are the top and bottom fittings. The channel is ½ x ½ x 23 inches. I need 2 of them.

1/2 wide channel by 23" long. Springs for D-30 are 10" long. Springs for D-40 are 11" long end to end. The 30 has 14-03-97. The 40 has 12-05-96 printed on it.

The string and river broke on this 23" long channel balance for a single hung, sliding window. Could someone please let me know which product to purchase?

This has no markings are we able to replace without weight of window? Metal Channel is 23" long

Numbers on old ones 22 3 dt cmc 4 Also need small white plastic rubs on the bottom of frames which slide In the channel

Hi, I have a top mount balance that has the dimensions and specs of 2230 but the cable comes through a hole right bellow the pulley. Installing a 2230 would scrape the cable against the metal edge. Is there another model I can buy? Thanks, Sanjay

Hi, I have a looking at your pictures, I can't tell the difference between your S380 and your S385. I have a 23" x ½" piece with top & shoe as shown in the pictures; and marked "22 3 ES Caldwell." Which should I order?
