Hi there, thanks for the help. I'm looking for a 23" window balance, with top and bottom clip. As well as the take out clips that go in the top of half of the frame. I think what I need is the parts S380-23 or S385-23. What is the difference in the two?

The aluminum portion is 23 inches long five eights wide. There is a number 2230 stamped on bracket

This window balance has a 23 then below these numbers has the number 9 on top of psi letters. Need 2 replacement balances. Don't know actual lenght of metal channel of balancer. Thanks for your support!

Not sure which half inch balanced these are. I have three different lengths.

The balance is 23'' long, with the stamp "22 3 FO Caldwell" on it. The "FO" is a bit unclear (see photo), might be something else.

Marked with 22 3 Caldwell JL. Metal length (not including plastic parts) 23". One end of plastic piece was broken. (Length of entire piece including plastic end pieces 24").

i need a new window balance. i want to make sure i get the correct one.

Our channel balance on our window is broken and is making it so we cannot close the window. I am not even able to get the window out because we cannot get the window closed enough to flip the clips on the sides to remove the balance from the window itself. Single hung window, non-tilting Imprint on channel balance is 2240 AD BSI It is 23" long Width of channel balance is a bit more than 1/2"

Channel is 23" long. Pics of ends included. On the one I took out I couldn't read the number so I looked on another and the number was 225. Thank you for your help. Paul
