Good afternoon. Maintenance supervisor for 277 unit apartment complex. Looking for replacement coil springs for some of our windows. I need help identifying what I have so I can order some replacements and coil covers to go with them.

I need the balance springs, the shoe, and the foot to go into the shoe that attaches to the bottom of the window it is a single hung window the weighs about 21 lbs

I am trying to replace some parts on my windows, I believe they are called double coiled window assembly's. The windows are double hung Simonton windows from around the year 1999.

P/n looks to be 5232208, I see a #5.0 and 35"P on the coil. There are three all together. Looking to repair a total of 5 windows.I have some that slide close when opening. My home is 20 yrs old.My name is Ken. Thanks

I have 6 Simonton windows that need new coil balance assemblies. They are all single hung 3 coil - and the moveable pane is ~ 18 pounds. The photo shows the current parts. Each has 2 coil assemblies. Can you share part #s to replace ? Thank you!!

Photo 0127 is the broken parts removed, photo 0128 is the balance installed on a different window. Coils are numbered 5232208

Copperish coil balance for a window...It has the print 10 0 AT53 or 10.0 AT53 Coil has a little lip at the end

I believe these windows are pella new construction from 2021 We have some of these that are in the middle of the window that hold it up when opening that are broken. Need 4 assemblies, 2 left and 2 right(2 windows). The assemblies I have, have 2 #5 springs in each, meaning 2 #5s on the left and 2 #5s on the right. Does that mean a weight balance of 20 lbs, 10 lbs, or 5 lbs for the window? If 20 lbs, could I use a left #10 spring and a right #10 spring? ... (cont.)
