The springs appear to be stainless and have 5# printed on them. The windows are SH vinyl in Nashville,TN and they do not have any name on them. The house was built in 2002 and these are new construction windows. There are 13 windows so i need 13 RH and 13 LH pieces. Thank you!

Single-hung, tilt in windows. Plastic cover over the coils has broken, making it very difficult to open and close the windows. Coils are .25" wide and 1 3/8" diameter when removed. Plastic cover is 4.5" high when in tact. Supports are fine.
