15-204 3/8" Coil Dual Support

Looking for the correct part number(s) for balance assembly. I could not find part numbers on existing. See attached photos. Windows were install new in 2001.

Coil spring broke on right side of upper sash. Spring is 1/2 inch. Double spring. Only number I see on spring is stamped "3". I would like to replace all parts related to coil balance.

I believe this part is the Series 165 coil balance, but I cannot find a stamp to indicate the weight. Are you able to provide any guidance as if that is the correct coil balance and what the correct weight is? I am looking to order the entire coil balance assembly.

I need to replace the coil balance on two windows .

I need new coils and probably new shoes for the whole balance assembly for this window. It's a dual coil but the one I took off only had one in it.

Photo 0127 is the broken parts removed, photo 0128 is the balance installed on a different window. Coils are numbered 5232208

My spring covers are cracking due to sun exposure. Need to replace but unsure what I need. I can't find any numbers on them.

This part is the bottom pivot part for the window to tilt in. I'm guessing it usually travels up and down with the window but now is stuck at the bottom. Hi, I have a couple of windows that are hard to open due to this side piece being broken. Window has GA on the lock and house was built around 2004. Is this a replaceable part? Thank you

I believe these windows are pella new construction from 2021 We have some of these that are in the middle of the window that hold it up when opening that are broken. This is what they look like installed and then outside of the plastic since they are brittle and broke. The numbers on the metal is ... (cont.)

The top section of these coil springs have shattered in a couple of our windows and I need help figuring out what replacement parts I need to get. I have attached pictures of the broken coil and unbroken system.
