Looking to see if you have a replace part for the attacehd

Please confirm that your part # S140-10 is the correct replacement part.The window weighs 19.4 pounds.Also, how does this balance attach to the window frame?And, Can I exchange or get a refund if these parts do not fit?I am looking forward to your answers and thank-you,Chris

having trouble with window shoe. it is stuch below the bottom of the window. I can not wiggle it in. I am having trouble attaching a picture

I am trying to identify the attached pics coil balances. I think they are the 10 LB SERIES 140 QUICK-TILT, SINGLE but not sure its a small window. The wideth of the track is 1" and the height of the balance is 3 1/2"

The only part number I can find is on the coil #540. The window weighs 19 lbs. Instead of buying 4 #540 coils for ea. window would 2 S140-19 work for ea. window and 2 pivot bars?

I have a Double hung window and the coil broke in half in the Balance.I would like do get 2 new ones so i weighed the window which weighs 14 pounds so what Replacement constant force balance do i need the one that came out is only a single coil with no markings THANK you.

Hello, more specifically, I was looking to see if the S140-10 part replaces something like what appears to be a pivot shoe like 15-192? I am going off of memory but that 15-192 part appears physically to be what's broken in the window now. Is it possible that the S140-10 kit replaces the balan ... (cont.)

Can't find any names or number on the windows. House was build in 2005.

The metal pin at the top of the window is inserted into the plastic gadget at the bottom and this allows the window to stay up when you push it up. I have attached a couple pictures

I had purchase 2 S140-10 from you April of 2014. Now one of the Balance spring broke. Since I still have all the other parts, can I just buy a few springs as replacements (and spares). Say how much for 4 springs for the above-mentioned model (S140-10 L)

i bought your: S140-23 coil balance the ones I have pulled out are labeled: 3.0 35" P (there are 2 of these coils) and 4.0 35" P ( there is 1 of these) I have already installed what I ordered but the window sash is not moving without me using a ton of force. I have attached pictures of what coils need replacing in each window. The windows are are vinyl, single sash,double pane windows. Two of them are 22w x 29h and two are 33w x 29h. The Series 140 look like they will do the job for both windows, assuming I get the double coil for the larger window? ... (cont.)

I have a broken spring. The 140 series is very close but it appears that it would be too wide to get in. My slide slot is Wide enough but the returns only have 3/4" between them. Also how do you tell what weight to order.

the coil balance springs for windows broke. The coil has a 5 number. Each balance has two 5 coils. So I assume that the sash has a weight of 10#. Both LH and RH needs to be replaced. The shoes seem to be okay. The pivot for the shoe is a tee shape with 4 holes, 2 1/2" long. The shoe has a patent ... (cont.)

How do you remove a window from its balance? I need to get out on the flat roof to do some repairs. I have one window that is off the balance on the left side.. How do you get it back in place?
