Good morning. I am looking for pivot shoe and spring replacements for the above window, the springs have broken. The units measure 2 5/16" tall, 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" deep. The 28"X18" sach is stamped '7' on the unit and the 32"x22" sach is stamped '8'. I will need 5 sets of the #7's and 2 of the #7 ... (cont.)

I have ordered from you before about a year ago. I have two Vinyl double hung windows that my tenants are rough with. These parts fell out of the tracks on the sides. They keep the windows from sliding down by themselves. Do you have these parts? Thank You, Shawn

Hello, The two lower, and right upper balances are snapped. I believe they broke during cold weather when the window was forced open having frozen condensation from the shower on it. The swivels are fine but I suppose it would be easier to replace the swivel unit with the balance attached vs. ope ... (cont.)

I am trying to figure out what balance coil I need. It has two springs/coils in each one. I don't know how to remove them. Do I need to notch the window frame as in a U tube video?Sorry there is no name on the window. Help!

We are unable to remove the window sash in order to replace the coil balances. See picture. Watched video about removing sash, but that does not work. I removed the old balancer. I only need the stainless coil. Has 7R on the plastic housing. It has a light blue pivot. The coil is stamped 8ED and has 2 holes exactly like your series 180. I'm not sure of the weight. maybe 6 or 8 lbs. Thanks for your assistance.
