I receiver 2 #39-012 all dimensions are right but the link has a 3/8 hole instead of a post with a #10-24 thread.

These window control units ALL break at the very top where the crank handle meets the screw device and ends up separating the screw device from the part that actually opens the three large pieces of glass that make up the window. Good Morning, My window crank handle detached from the operator with a metal screw attached. I tried screwing it back in but it won't thread. The window still opens/closes manually so I believe the problem is with the handle. Please advise on best route to fix/replace.

this handle will open the window but when i try to close it the handle unscrews from its base, do you have a replacement ?

Holes look To be 5 1/4 or 5 3/8 x 1"

The hole spacing for the bracket is the 5-1/4" top to bottom. The operator link arm is 2-3/8". The issue is the handle comes out of the operator when closing counter clockwise at about 30% remaining before secure. Operator can open windows fully and bring them back in to some degree. I added two photos one of the opener and the other showing the hole locations on the window. The numbers I sent in my previous email is from the old handle. When I bought new handles the holes didn't align and that's why I need the exact model number as I have now.

Could you help me find the correct crank handle for my window? The 39-012 hole pattern is correct, but the arm on my crank is shorter than the one on the 39-012. I have attached photos for your reference. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

In search of a right and left hand crank. The current ones don't work and have no names or numbers on them.

Have casement windows in my atrium, house is 30+ yrs old and I've owned only 8 so have no idea who made windows. Had one crank replaced by local co. but the service was horrid. Body is very similar to a Barton Kramer model #780. inside of crank handle is PAT NO C-11500-11. Inside body is D-198202U. Below that is RD 1963 CAN. 39-011 and 39-012 have different link arm dimensions, but are LH / RH of the same thing? Trying to match operator with 1 hole top, 3/8 link arm hole, 5-1/8 between holes top/bottom, 1-1/8 between holes across bottom, with 2-1/2 link arm, body style like 38-011 (unknown window mfg) ... (cont.)

I can't find this operator and was wondering if you could help me. I can get all the dimensions except for the arm length. It looks to be between 2 and 2¹/8 inches.
