My tilt window, 60x46 Carefree window needs replacement spiral springs and shoes. The spring is 29", black tip, 3/8". What part number do I need? The shoe is 1/2" thick x2" height x 1" wide. What part number and tool do I need?

I ordered the 15-015 balance block for my aluminum track windows based on the color (blue). They don't fit so I have now ordered four 15-046 (beige). Hello, I need both left and right side of these items pictured. This is where the the spiral balances mount to the bottom of the window. The spiral balances used are 5/8 diameter 600 series balances if that helps. Thank you for your time. Chris
