15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe

This is at the end of the spring assisting the raising and lowering of Windsor double hung Window. This is the upper window but the lower window which does not work is the same Configuration. Need a new plastic piece that has broken

Over the years I've had to replace this part numerous times and I'm about out of it. Do you carry such a part or do you know what I should call it and who might carry it? Thanks!!

I have a Caradco window ("caradco 14" found engraved on metal holding the glass) whose support hardware has broken off. The window frame part of the hardware is shown in the first photo.

Can you see from the pictures what might be needed here?

Hi - I'm trying to find these balancers for 25-year old wood windows. It's a 23.5 inch long spring with plastic clip things on the end. MW Windows will not stay up need stick to hold them up. Windows were installed when house was built in the 1995. Wondering if you have parts for these windows they are 53" long from top of spring to bottom of window. Thanks for any help

i have some hurd windows i need to replace the friction shoe on. looks like the 15-104 will work. these are jamb liners you squeeze outward to tilt the window. ho do the jamb liners come out to replace the shoe? your video shows screws to remove but none on these units. thanks

Hello, I need 4 clips identified in the picture. The window itself and the clip have no identifiers. The clip rides at the bottom of a coiled spring and attaches to a metal post on the bottom of the window unit. Thank you for your help David

Hi, I need to replace several window channel shoes. Over time the tension from the spring has broken the plastic clip on the shoe that attaches to the spring. Looks the same as you as your Caradco 15-104 except the front face where the adjustment screw is located. My part is only 1/4" wide across the front. All the other dimensions are the same. Can you help?
