Windows no longer stay up, the coil balance springs no longer working. Trying to replace with equal parts if available. Not sure of window manufacture, do not see any labeling?? Do you know where I can get these parts?

Please see the attached. The shoe measures 9/16 ~ 5/8" x 1-7/16" As you can see, the knotches has two knotches. Looks like I would have to replace the springs and shoes. Any suggestions? Eric

I believe this is from a plygem replacement window. I had an item # from one of the other windows and google search of the # led me to believe plygem made the windows. Size is 1 1/4 wide, 1 5/16 tall, and 9/16 deep. uses a series 160 coil balance. Thanks Brian
