I had no idea there were so many options. I bought the S140-7 and the shoe part is too small and doesn't even fit over the window piece. Please refer to my order # 1576819 This item (img_5302) apparently holds the spring in - but I cannot find anything similar on your website. I believe the item on the right is the cover for that piece. My handyman is asking if you have either/both of these pieces available.

Need complete balancer with a heavy duty stop carrier they are for a 21LBS double hung vinyl sash - existing balancer is 1 1/4 wide and 9/16 thick, was looking at your 11LB Series 140 Quick-Tilt, Dual S140-11 but it doesn't have the same covers with holes which I am missing Thanks for the help Vinc ... Aloha, Was looking to see if you sell replacement parts for our vynel windows?

Our window balance coil has broken into 2 pieces and we need to replace it. It has 6K stamped on it. Do you carry 6K or its equivalent?

Has "7"stamped on the coil. About 1 1/4" wide.About 1/2" deep. The coil broke .I want to replace all pieces , left and right, Please let me know. Thanks , Joe
