Swisco Team, Looking for the Coil Spring balance and necessary accessories. for six windows (all same size). The current springs are Omega 5.5 64" doubled on each side. The coil springs have broken on both sides of my vinyl window. Not sure what parts I need and don't know how to remove the broken parts as I don't see a slot to slip them out. Do I have any option to fix the window and not replace the whole window itself?

Hello, we have this Simonton window in our kitchen that won't stay up. The balance springs seem to be broken on both sides. I saw your video on YouTube but not sure which parts I'd need to replace these. Please advise. Thanks! Nick

Not sure I am using the correct terminology....But the aluminum pin and the sliding plastic piece it plus into are broken on the tilting bottom sash of these double-hung windows. They were purchased in 2009. My documentation calls them "LBL Finale" and "Cascade/LBL 9100 Series" The windows sashes ... (cont.)

I need to find these vinyl windows pulls. They are of a coil resemblance, appears to be from the 90's. I have almost non legible numbers that appears to be the serial and maker number identifier. Please let me know if you carry these.

Hi, I need to replace the pivot coil system and pivot shoe in the attached photo. I have not yet removed the old ones. The width is 1/2 inch. Can you please advise which replacement parts I will require for this? Also, should I cut the opening or use a spreader?Thank you,Ed

I need to replace at least the covers of these balancers, which have degraded and crumbled from UV exposure. I think the coils themselves as well as the coil shoes are still good, but I'm happy to replace those as well if that makes more sense.
