The balances on both sides are broken.The piece that attaches to the balance on both side of window sash is also broke. This is the same on two windows in house.

I have been told by the manufacturer that I have Simonton dimension 1 series windows in my home manufactured 4/16/1996. The window will not go up and down smooth. Can you supply me parts?

Hi- I purchased some 15-150Ds to replace a handful of coil covers that are breaking down but as you can see from the picture they're not quite the same.
