Looking for 3/8 spiral balance for tilting window. The metal measure 27.25. They have plastic cover on them that measure 28.5. The connector color looks to be white or light yellow. Which part number and length do I order?

The measurements for this show are 2 5/16" height, 1 1/4" width, and 1 3/4" depth. This show also has an extra large U shape pivot pin and it measures 1/2" width by 1/4" height. If you do end up having these shoes I'd like to order up to 600 or more.

Inside the track of my window is a tube 30 inches long and 1/4 inch wide with a twisting rod inside (guide?) that appears to have broken off from the bottom.
