Hi, I have thermal gard windows, they aren't staying up. I found that few pivot shoe are broken. I'm thinking to replace the whole hardware to make it right at once. I'm not sure what parts do i need so I'm attaching pictures for your expert opinion. Also the measurement for spiral balance is 22 in ... (cont.)

My Window will not hold up and slams closed (Home Built in 1999). The cork-screw like balance is 28.5" long (white sleeve part) plus extended probably double that if you count the cork-screw part coming out of the sleeve. Looking for 3/8 spiral balance for tilting window. The metal measure 27.25. They have plastic cover on them that measure 28.5. The connector color looks to be white or light yellow. Which part number and length do I order?

The measurements for this show are 2 5/16" height, 1 1/4" width, and 1 3/4" depth. This show also has an extra large U shape pivot pin and it measures 1/2" width by 1/4" height. If you do end up having these shoes I'd like to order up to 600 or more.
