75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

My tube diamenter is 3/8" and the tube length is 28-1/2" long, excluding the green tip. The internal spiral length is 29-3/8" long, top to bottom. What item should I specify? Also, what tool do I need to install? Thanks

I have a number of THermalgard windows from Seasonall. THey will no longer stay up, when we open them. THese are triple pane glass so I would like to keep them working. A number are fogged now from being dropped very hard, I think. Can you help me ? Jim

When installing a set of new balancers, how many turns should be used as a initial starting point for setting the tension. In as much as over tightening can damage the spiral, having a good starting point seems valuable.
