I NEED 2 BALANCES MEASURE 30 INCH, 3/8 DIAMETER AND THEY HAVE GREEN TIPS ON THE BOTTOM. I ALSO NEED 2 BOTTOM PIVOT SHOES AND ALSO TILT WINDOW SPIRAL BALANCE TOOL.

I have a number of THermalgard windows from Seasonall. THey will no longer stay up, when we open them. THese are triple pane glass so I would like to keep them working. A number are fogged now from being dropped very hard, I think. Can you help me ? Jim

When installing a set of new balancers, how many turns should be used as a initial starting point for setting the tension. In as much as over tightening can damage the spiral, having a good starting point seems valuable.
