sash pivot has a 2 on it

These windows are replacement windows in a rental unit that have been beat hard! We can't find replacement coil balances anywhere and none of the windows have manufacturers info on them.

Lead or metal C that window pivots on shaft to tilt or remove. The C or metal part is broken

Alside double hung window. The coil balance broke on the left side jamb. Need recommendations on replacement part(s). I have seen a video on your site suggesting S152-7? Not sure if I need just the coil or if I should replace all components? Thank you.

This is 1-1/4"Wide x 1-1/2"Tall x 1/2" thick. The spring is stamped F8. The window weighs 16lbs. Is it available, or what would the replacement be? Is it parts, or is there a whole assembly? This was a Patriot Double hung Type "VSDH" Code "GVW-K-1" Thank you, Dwight

No markings on window, but a number 6 or 9 on the spring. The lower window weighs 11.4 pounds . The window is a double hung tilt sash window with both sections tilting in.

The metal part of shoe broke. I don't know whether you can tell me if you have replacement parts (shoe) for this.

The tilt boot on the left side is broken. It appears the shoe and the spring balance are one unit I do not yet have jam spreaders to remove the unit so I see no markings.

First best coil spring has 6K on it and that piece Has Broken is there any way I can purchase two of these to fix my window thank you for your help

We have been unable to determine the proper replacement parts to fix the balancer.

Window device has a spring with "7K" imprinted on it.

Hi I need the part that goes into the coil balance shoe that attaches to the window

got a stumper here. all markings on the coil balances are letters and no numbers. On the springs, there is a "C L". On one side of the balance there's a "B" (see pic) on the reverse side there is a "2" on one and a "4" on the other, still no numbers(see pic).In the pic that shows the white portions, ... (cont.)

Hi guys. I'm looking for coil balances. Usually there is number stamp on coil. In my case there is letter D. Is there anyway to find out what correct number should I get ? Thanks Naz

I have Alside windows from 2003 which several of the shoes have broken. They appear to be the 15-177 you offer, but please confirm. The coils seem to be fine, so is there a reason I should replace these too. Also, my windows are generally hard to open and "sticking" as you lift them. I used sili ... (cont.)
