I need to know what replacement coil balance part I need for a double hung comfort world window. The window weighs 12 pounds. CWW1 shows the top coil with a 3 on the cover. Below it is the pivot shoe. CWW2 photo shows the bottom coil with a 9 on the cover. CWW3 photo is the assembly on the other sid ... (cont.)

No markings or numbers on coil. Other picture has window information.

This is from a KW window installed new in house in 2004. I have several of these that are broke and I am looking for the correct replacement part. Thanks

Our windows have dual coil balance on each side and on both sides the top coil is broken. The pivot shoe looks to be the same as the 15-177. On the left side the top coil is stamped D L and the bottom coil stamped D. On the right side, the top coil is also stamped D L but the bottom coil is stamped ... (cont.)

Greetings Swisco !I have two broken coil balance springs , 1/2" wide, that appear to be the S152 Series spring. The only identifier on the broken spring, both of them, is 6K, by the tang that fits into the screw in the coil balanceshoe. The window is just shy of 13 lbs, weighed with a digital luggag ...
