S380-24 24" Series 380 Channel Balance

I think i need a s380 or s385 non tilt window channel balance but not sure. It's 24" 2320. Please let me know. Thank you

I need to replace these balance rods:6 rods 2620 27 inches, 2 rods 2330 24 inches,2 rods 2940 30 inches . I also need ten each of the shoes and tops photographed here.

Window type is a Seasonshield Series 5500 spec. DH-C50/C60.Window weight 40 lb. 30" tall.Installed was the attached balancer stamped 2390 30. 24" long.Recently I purchased your Sash guides # 18-161 for the above window and during installation discovered some bad channel Balancers.Believe your S380 ... Can you help me find a replacement for the balance in the attached photo? It is 24" long and 9/16" wide (I presume it is 1/2"). Thank you.

Hello, I'd like your help on knowing which parts to order for my window. The channel balance is 24" long and 1/2" in depth. It has the stampings 23 9 30# JK Caldwell on it. I have attached pictures of the top and bottom attachements. Please advise. Thank you. Armando

Hi Steve, 2 windows are wider, 29lb each, 1 is smaller and only weighs 21lb, all 3 are 24" high. We think someone did not know what they were doing or just not finding correct parts as there are shorter, 213/4" long. Carol

Hey, I have part S385-24 in my cart. Can you make sure I have the correct part please. I also have some 2950 to get as well, they have the same ends. I have a window missing one of its two Channel Balances.The pictures are of the remaining channel balance with the descriptions and measurements.I see some Markings: 23C. B.S.I. PNFrom my pictures and from what I see online, it appears I need a 24" Series 390.Is this correct? Do I need to order two ... (cont.)

I have identified the balancer as a 380 but it is 23 11/16 long and has "23 9" stamped on it. Should I order a 23, a 24, or neither and can you tell what weight I need from this stamp?

I have Mercer vinyl windows with broken lifts I need replacement channels for 1 pair 24" window weight is aprox 19 lbs 1 pair 12" window weight is aprox 11 lbs 1 pair 15" not sure of the window weight just yet

The metal portion is 24". It's about 1/2" wide. There is a print that says "23 5 lo caldwell" There is also a plastic clip/guard that screws into the side of the window, that part is broken as well. Do you have replacements for those as well?
