I need to replace 6 of the pictured sliding (non-tilting) window channel balances. The uploaded photos should show the shape of the end cap plastic parts. The measurements are as follows. Length: 24 inch Channel width: 1/2 inch Printed name: 23.4 GO CALDWELL

Hey, I have part S385-24 in my cart. Can you make sure I have the correct part please. I also have some 2950 to get as well, they have the same ends. I have a window missing one of its two Channel Balances.The pictures are of the remaining channel balance with the descriptions and measurements.I see some Markings: 23C. B.S.I. PNFrom my pictures and from what I see online, it appears I need a 24" Series 390.Is this correct? Do I need to order two ... (cont.)

I have identified the balancer as a 380 but it is 23 11/16 long and has "23 9" stamped on it. Should I order a 23, a 24, or neither and can you tell what weight I need from this stamp?

I have Mercer vinyl windows with broken lifts I need replacement channels for 1 pair 24" window weight is aprox 19 lbs 1 pair 12" window weight is aprox 11 lbs 1 pair 15" not sure of the window weight just yet

The metal portion is 24". It's about 1/2" wide. There is a print that says "23 5 lo caldwell" There is also a plastic clip/guard that screws into the side of the window, that part is broken as well. Do you have replacements for those as well?

Company that did our windows says the part has been discontinued and FA 2340 is the new replacement. It's 24 inches long. Shoe is 1 1/16 ". Sash weighs 20 pounds

Balance is 24" long (metal only). Plastic part (at hook end) is 1". Window weighs 17 lbs. Need 2 channel balances.

I have vinyl windows and the channel balances keep falling down when I open the windows. The number on the balance is 23 3 EJ. The balance measures 1/2" wide and 24" long. We are needing to replace the window balances in our alcan windows installed in 1990....it measures 24inches log with out the clips.

The channel is 9/16" and the length of the channel without the plastic ends is 24". It is marked 23-2 DD5 CMC 87. The window sash weighs 10 pounds. I wish your pictures on your web site showed the plastic ends in detail so I could see the match. There are 2 or 3 that look nearly the same. ... (cont.)

one channel is 27 inches long metal part and the ends are in the photos (all of the metal parts say "26 4 AQ CALDWELL") Second channel is 24 inches long and the ends are the same as the one in the photos (the metal on this one doesn't say anything)

non tilt , 1/2 " X 32" shoe 1" deep ...markings...32 4 HU CNC 4 ... the HU difficult to see H is ok but U not sure.looks like series 380. just want to select the right option
