I have a bunch of broken balance channels without enough salvageable parts. I need replacements but I'm not sure which parts to order. It seems like the inside part the spring attaches to with the highest among of pressure is held on with a pot metal fitting. Do you carry a solid fitting for this? ... (cont.)

Can you tell me what product would replace my window balances? They are 29" long, and the only marking I see on them is 28C USB. I have attached pictures of the ends of the balance. The windows were installed in 2003. Thanks, Gary

My balances are labeled with 28B USB and are 29" long. I have attached some pictures of the balance. Is S380-29 the proper replacement for these? One of the ends looks a little bit different but I am not sure if that would make a difference. I have to replace these on 4 windows. Thanks. ... (cont.)

We can't slide up some of our windows. There is some kind of plastic spring device that is broken. How can we replace this. The windows are made by Alcan. They are in good shape except for this.

I need assistance identifying the weight and model # for replacement channel balances.

I took out the balance rod and finally figured out which top and shoe to use. Measured it at 29" and took the window out and my bathroom scale (which usually lies to me for the record) says its 19 lbs. So Stamp should be 2830 right? The current rod says "28C USB." I would like to order a pair of Series 380 channel balance's. They are 29" long but there is no stamp for the stamp option for window weight.The window weigh's 28 lbs. as it is impact resistant. Can you suggest a stamp option?

All hardware and dimensions are accurate except for one; the original channel depth (not width) is 1/2". The depth on the 380 series is 5/8". It seems like the extra 1/8" on each side has made ... stamp on back of old channel balance is 284D0 do I order 2840?

The only thing stamped on the item is 28C The metal is exactly 29' There are 2 pic showing the window track. one looks normal (as you show it on a video.) However the other is just 2 pieces of metal sticking out of the track. So what do I need.
