S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

I have a window channel balance that has the following stamped on the Channel, UB 28 D. The unit measures 29 inches long and is 5/16 wide. I am not sure what top and bottom styles to order. I have the channel out but can not find any marking . it appears to be a series 380 with 15-005 shoe and 19-005 top 29" long but how do I know witch option to add for weight?? 2810 2820 2830 2840 I have no idea. please help. Thank you Russ

See attachments. The windows are Florida Extruders International, series 1000, installed about 1999. Stamped on the side is LINTOUE 28-0-30, the best I can make out. From metal tip to metal tip it measures 29 1/16 inches

I can't seem to find a stamp on this balance that matches any of the numbers in the options. The numbers and letters I do see are 28D USB.

The S380-29 looks to be the sash i need my window wieghs 30LBS i think the option 2850 will work what part# should i use. Don

My channels have UB 28F stamped on them. Can u identify the weight from these numbers. Windows are milestone single hung 1000 from Florida extenders int. 4'-5" x 60" Thanks

My house, built in 2004, has milestone single hung series 1000 windows. The windows are difficult to slide up and down and with several of them if I open them I cannot get them all the way closed. metal siding that houses the spring on both sides of the window to raise and lower it. On the end of the metal siding (3 solid sides, 4th side is open) are plastic pieces to attach to the window. I have a bunch of broken balance channels without enough salvageable parts. I need replacements but I'm not sure which parts to order. It seems like the inside part the spring attaches to with the highest among of pressure is held on with a pot metal fitting. Do you carry a solid fitting for this? ... (cont.)

Can you tell me what product would replace my window balances? They are 29" long, and the only marking I see on them is 28C USB. I have attached pictures of the ends of the balance. The windows were installed in 2003. Thanks, Gary

My balances are labeled with 28B USB and are 29" long. I have attached some pictures of the balance. Is S380-29 the proper replacement for these? We can't slide up some of our windows. There is some kind of plastic spring device that is broken. How can we replace this. The windows are made by Alcan. They are in good shape except for this.

I need assistance identifying the weight and model # for replacement channel balances.

I took out the balance rod and finally figured out which top and shoe to use. Measured it at 29" and took the window out and my bathroom scale (which usually lies to me for the record) says its 19 lbs. So Stamp should be 2830 right? The current rod says "28C USB." I would like to order a pair of Series 380 channel balance's. They are 29" long but there is no stamp for the stamp option for window weight.The window weigh's 28 lbs. as it is impact resistant. Can you suggest a stamp option?

I could use some help identifying the correct channel balance. I have narrowed it down to an S380-29 but I don't know what the correct weight range is. My existing channel balance is stamped with 28D. The SWISCO options are 2810 thru 2860. Do you know which option correlates to a 28D? ... (cont.)
