Window Blance
I have a window channel balance that is marked 28C. The channel measures 9/16" which I believe is the 1/2" channel you sell. The metal part of the balance measures to be 29". It appears to have the 19-005 and 15-005 ends on it. Can you please suggest the stamp that I need?

channel balances
my channel balance is stamped 28 4 CN Caldwell. I feel that the top piece is 19-005 and the bottom is a 15-005. which would make it a series 380. But when i measure the channel like your diagram, the channel is 29" not the 28 like the stamp says. Which size should i order the 28" or the 29"? Th ... (cont.)

29-5/8" long S380
Using the videos, pictures & posts on your site, I am pretty sure I have identified the S380 as the balance I need for my Kinco windows. The measurements for the top & shoe are pretty much exactly what I have. My concern is the the length of the metal is closer to 29 5/8", not 29" or 30". Your ad ... (cont.)

Need 2830 or 2840 channel balances
I have several windows with bad balance units. Your 2830 or 2840 units seem to be the best match I can find on your website. Please advise as to your order, postage, and/or return policy. I will probably order 12 units. There isn't any weight stamp on the existing units. The only designation is 28C. ... (cont.)

channel balances
Looking at your website I believe I need the S380-29 channel. I have hurricane proof windows and they are heavy. The stamp on them is 28F. I was wondering if a 28D would equate to the 2840, would the 28F be two steps up to the 2860? Thank You

non-tilt window balance
I have reviewed your non-tilt window balances in shop items. I believe the ones I will be ordering for replacement will be # 380 in 27"; BUT, I have questions. First: the channel on the ones being removed measures 1/2" x 27 1/5" long. Does that equate to the 27" length? Second: the only number ... (cont.)

28D balances
I need at least 8 balance assemblies for windows 52" wide (total opening). The existing balances have 28D stamped on them. What is the equivalent 4 digit code? Also your drawing showed a dimension of 1" where mine measures 15/16" inches. See photo. Any problem? Tom
