S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance

Regarding my previous 2 posted questions. I'm wondering if your S385-29 channel balance will work? I weighed my window. It weighs 15 pounds. So would I need the 2820 option? Will this product work for me based on all the info and pictures I've sent. Thank you.

Harcar single hung non-tilt windows Channel balance rods. Only marking is 2830. Channel length is 29" measuring only metal. 30" with plastic clips. Channel width 9/16" so I believe that is 1/2" in trade.

I have balances with wings on the top and wings on the bottom. But my shoe is less than one inch deep. A swisco rep says I can get that as a custom shoe. We have channel with 28G stamped on it. This appears to be a custom order according to what I have read on your site due to heavy duty spring. We have measured the shoe and judging by pictures on your site it it very similar to the Series 380, but our show measures 7/8", not 1". Can you please he ... (cont.)

I am looking for the correct replacement sash and weight. It is 29 inches. I would think the 28 usb would tell me. But not sure and need a few.
