S180-05 5 lbs Series 180 Coil Balance

How can I know which springs to order for my window? It is a vinyl replacement 24 x 46 in size. Both coil springs are broken.

I need two of these to replace the ones in the picture. Please let me know what i need to order thanks.

I believe the window needs a new channel installed, as I do not see one. However, there are balances. The top window will not stay up or closed unless windows are in locked position. I have a broken spring in a sash support coil balance. The housing looks like a 15-087 and the spring looks like a S180. The housing has the number 5 printed on it; does this mean the spring is a 5 lb spring? (pictures attached) Thank you for your time.

How do u get both springs to hook on to the screw bracket that anchors them? The significant amount of tension in the coil springs appears to make that somewhat difficult? Please explain?

I ordered 4 - S180-5 for my Traco windows but I'm not sure they are the correct weight after comparing the new one with the old coil. By the looks of the pics I submitted, I believe I need (2) 15-087, (2) S180-5. Am I suppose to have 15-086 installed as well together with 15-087, or is 15-087 is all that I need to replace if I did not see the 15-086 when I took the sash out.
