Hi, It looks like I will have to custom order four of the plain channel for a tilt window S795 balances with the hook option in the 24A size for the kitchen and I will be buying 4 of the T-locks 15-194 as mine are 1" wide. I identified that I have a series 795 balance with your 15-195B shoe. My original stamp on my balance says 24E, my window weights 25.6 I do not see an option for my balance so I am figuring I may need a custom balance made for my window. New crank for window whole mechanism. New tab to till window out. Doesn't lock in properly. New springs so window stays open.

this double hung window has a spring ballance with the spring exposed. The spring is screwed into the top of the channel and attaches to the shoe at the bottom, see pic. I dont see an exposed spring ballance in your items, can another type of ballance be substituted for this. One sash measures 34 ... (cont.)

I need the 24 inch series 795 channel balance, but I am unsure of the sash weight. There is no letter stamped on original channel balance just the number 24. Can you give me a suggestion as to how I determine the proper sash weight? Thanks.

Windows with no markings on metal under glass. Marking on one part of bottom sash's spring mechanism read "24B BS1". Marking on a sticker on the side of the sash read "14355 B08 DH72 GLASS #1: SSCLIG14 28 1/8 x 25 15/16".
