The S795-34D balance is very similar to what I have at home except the T-lock shoe size. Mine is about 1" wide but the S795 has the T-lock 1-1/4" wide. So how to get a S795-34D balance with 1" T-lock shoe (15-194)? Thank you. --Richard

my single hung tilt window sash balance assembly had fallen apart. The tilt guide at the bottom has come apart, the rivet pins that hold the spring and tilt guide (shoe?) have fallen out and internal pulley eyelet for spring has broken. I'm attaching photos. I am replacing the channel balance and when measuring the length of the housing is is 34" yet the stamp on the housing indicates a "unique balance 33D". Is the correct balance a 33" with a sash weight of D or a 34" wi a sash weight of D"

I am pretty sure I have a 795 Channel Balance, my problem is that it is stamped 34F, and I don't see that as an option. Can you also tell me if the mounting screw is included with the balance? Thank you!

Thanks to your catalog I see what the name of the part is. As you might be able to tell, the upper section of the shoe is seriously bent--probably because the channel detached and the shoe rotated in the jamb.
