Hello, I need custom balance rods to replace original rods as follows: S380 35" with 15-029 shoe replacing 3435 original rods. I ordered balancers and they are not the right size. I put the old one next to the one I received. The new one the white part on the bottom is larger. So the window will not close because it is too wide.

There were no marking on the window channel. Thanks for your help.

It is 1/2 inch wide and 35 in Long. I think it may be the series 385 Channel balance but I am not sure

Sash guide black this is the part number I think it is please verify because mine doesn't have a number 18-161 Channel balance has a part number 3420. My length is 35 inches of the metal part of it and about 1/2 inch wide.

Can you help me replace my window balancers. There is a 34DS stamped onto the metal channel portion of the balancer and this metal portion also measures 34" and then it has plastic parts on the ends which make it a little longer. Pics included.

We need a window balance for a non tilt window. 35" metal frame also need guides. Stamp on the original one is 34-5 EA2 CMC 5.

Stamped numbers are: B.S.I, 3440T Window is triple-pane, 35 pounds The closest ends I can find are: 19-005 for top Nylon 15-029 for foot Nylon Only problem is that I measure the top of tab to bottom of sled as 15/16 inches but the part shows it as 7/8 inches. Recommendations?

I know it is a 1/2 spring replacement rod for a non tilt window. Which one? The stamp is 34-3. I have ordered other ones by their stamp. Your site does not have it by stamp.
