Channel balance 3440 S380-35 2940 S380-30. Please check if the parts that I have ordered under order number 1382831 are same as those in the picture. I am not sure if the parts that are ordered are as per the specifics in the picture.

The metal part is 35 inches and with the plastic pieces on the top and bottom it measures 36 inches. The width is 5/8 inch and the other side is 5/8 inch also. The white piece that gets screw to the window is 1 1/2 inches in height and 5/8 inches wide. Hopefully with the pictures you can help me. Th ... (cont.)

I have identified the S380-35, but the 3425 stamped on the old channel is not listed. Would I be advised to go with the 3430, or the 3420?

Hi Swisco, How do I get window springs to replace these broken springs? I removed the window from the case, and removed these springs from both sides of the window. It is a double pane window. Hi Bill. Check out our S380-35 or S385-35 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware and see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3440.

These are nu air windows. The numbers printed on the rod is 34 5 DW CMC 11.

Hello, I have a window with balance rods that are broken. on the rod is printed 34-9 EA2 CMC 12. I'm not sure if that helps you or not but I am not sure on the strength of these rods, but the sash is pretty heavy. Any help would be appreciated! Josh

As shown in pictures, metal length = 35" metal width = 1/2" bottom piece measures 1 1/16" front to back, wings measure 15/16" across. top piece wings measure 15/16" across. imprinted on metal 34-12 HB5 CMC (34HP39-41) Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks, Eric R
