looking for replacement for the pivot bar

I purchased a home that has original MW Twinseal single hung windows throughout from 2000. Almost all of them have broken window balances. I have measured the silver tube (27" x 3/8" diameter)and the black foot (1 1/4"). After studying your website and comments, etc. I think I need the 850 series ... (cont.)

I have multiple windows that will open but will not stay up. The only issue seems to be the clips that secure the channel balance at the top are broken. No evidence I could find that the original manufacturer is still in business, though I would guess the windows (original construction) are only about 15 years old. Looks like the spring wore out. Windows are fairly old about 15 to 20 years. Was wondering g if you have a replacement part.

I'm not sure what this piece is called I have a catch a photo it goals on the bottom part of the window that goes into the balancer and makes the balancers go up-and-down what are they called

The multiple windows in my home have the same problem. They will not stay open when raised from the bottom or will drop as soon as the lock is released.The issue seems to be that the balance is broken.These are MW windows installed when the house was new. I read in your posts that the 590CSB pivot lock shoe has been discontinued and noticed your suggested replacements, however my shoe has a white cam versus the blue that were discussed and the depth of the shoe is 1/2", not the 5/8" that was mentioned before. The gray part that looks like a "T" of the window that allows the window to tilt open snapped off in the right side of the window . The first photo is a picture of the hole it comes out if and the second photo is where it goes into.

Hi I need a replacement pivot bar for the top sash of a tilt-in window. The overall length of the bar is about 3 inches with about 1 5/16 inches between the mounting screw holes. I'm replacing s850-28, Black 1 1/4" width shoe balance with 28 Series 795 1 1/4" shoe, channel balance. I'm looking at #26-366 pivot bars as a replacement. Do you think this is a good choice?
