Looking to repair myself but need the proper part. Need at least 3 of these, maybe 4.

Window(s) are believed to be M&W circa 2005. Then are single hung with tilt. The two small parts pivot and attachment around pivot that balance spring attached. The balance sheathhas number 34C pl BSL or BS1. Sash will not stay up and I need 8 of each.

I have a 795 with a hook at the top, instead of a screw. My concern with using the screws is determining what kind of screw to use and if using the screw plug and screw will in any way affect the window function. The channel has imprinted "33B BSI TH" The Shoe has imprinted "Pat #s 6,679,000 // 4,610,108 // D467,490" The clip at the top of the shoe gave way, releasing the channel/spring from the window sash. This channel balance was broken and flops out when the window is raised, and the cord is always loose. I don't have access to get better pictures right now. I have a window that is 51 1/2" W x 60 3/4" H. My window balances are broken and I need to replace them. The Length of the balance measures 28" is 1/2" wide and is ribbed. Pic-1 1705 shows the old channel balancer 28" with a groove at the tilt shoe end --- which makes it unsuitable for the 15-194. The S795 28 is the recommended replacement with a 15-194 shoe to be swapped with the shipped shoe. Ordered 2 each However there is a significant difference in the top hoo ... (cont.)

I ordered item number S 750-28 as you can see is the wrong one The length is good- the thickness is not- mine is like 1/2 inches and the 2 end are different. Please let me know what?s the right item number.
