I have 4 Simonton windows in desperate need of repair. These pictures show some of the damage on 3 of them. If side doesn't matter I need 9 (4 left, and 5 right) balance assemblies. I also need 2 pivot bars. I think I found the 3 left, and 2 right tilt latches that I need. They're in my cart. ... (cont.)

Broken guides and springs on both sides along with lock jam ? tabs.

The window size is 28 wide by 29 high. The coil and pin broke. There is no marking on the coil to tell me what weight it is.

I would like to buy replacement T pivots and balance assembly for this model Simonton window. What are the part # that I need?

Simonton Double Hung Window parts needed- Model H-LC50. Size 36 x 74 Need 1/2 Balance set with plastic cover Balance shoe Two hole pivot bar

holes are 2" from end of "T" and 1 1/4" from end of "T" Pin is 5/16 x 3/16 inch

I found the pin goes from window to Pivot Locking Shoe, broken !! Is this something I can order from you guys?? Check the attached pictures please

Pictured pivot pin is intact pin from double hung bottom sash. I found name on one sash showing Simonton windows. Dated 8/7/00. Also showed Sears siding & Windows/Knoxville. I purchased item # 26-241 thinking it was the same part but realized when they arrived it did not have the double nipples of ... (cont.)
