I would like to buy replacement T pivots and balance assembly for this model Simonton window. What are the part # that I need?

Simonton Double Hung Window parts needed- Model H-LC50. Size 36 x 74 Need 1/2 Balance set with plastic cover Balance shoe Two hole pivot bar

holes are 2" from end of "T" and 1 1/4" from end of "T" Pin is 5/16 x 3/16 inch

I found the pin goes from window to Pivot Locking Shoe, broken !! Is this something I can order from you guys?? Check the attached pictures please

Pictured pivot pin is intact pin from double hung bottom sash. I found name on one sash showing Simonton windows. Dated 8/7/00. Also showed Sears siding & Windows/Knoxville. I purchased item # 26-241 thinking it was the same part but realized when they arrived it did not have the double nipples of ... (cont.)

I bought 23-360 thinking it would be close enough but it didn't work, any suggestions?

need to replace coil spring and pivot on 4 windows. it look like there are 2 springs. i only see single and triple replacements

Hello, I'm looking for a window pivot bar that is 5/16" wide, 3/16' deep, and about 2.55" long. There is a hump nearest to the t-shaped pivot side. See attached photos. I wasn't able to find a pivot bar that looked exactly like this on your website. Best, Nick

The metal pin that has a set screw that fits into the gizmo on the window tract broke
