S385-18 18" Series 385 Channel Balance

The hook at the end of the string is slightly too wide to fit into the hole when trying to install...any suggestions?

I have a 20 year old Milgard window and the cord has broken, so I wish to replace the entire unit, unfortunately it is difficult to determine exactly which model it is. Please check my measurements - I see width in photo showing between 6 and 7 inches - looks like 5/8". Also, I see height a 5/8" in photo between 10 and 11 inches. Needing a pair of channel balances 18" long not counting plastic guides. Removed window and it weighed 9 lbs. removed window measures 21" wide x 19 3/4" tall

Need a window non tilt block and tacle channel balance. The metal part is 18 inches long, nine sixtenth inches deep and nine 16 inches wide. The window was made by Milgard, half round top with a non-tilt window at the bottom.

Markings on Chanel balance 1700 W non-tilt window 1/2 wide 18 inches long. Would S350 option 1710 work?

For bay window. The only identifier on the window balance says 17 3 BO Caldwell. It is 18 in long. 5/8" deep. What is the replacement series number?
