S385-25 25" Series 385 Channel Balance

I am in need of 2 replacement channel balances for a non-tilt Nuair window. The markings on the balance say J 2428#. The metal channel by itself is 25". I have attached photos above.

We are looking for 2 replacement springs

How do i know what stamp option to go with?

attempted to clean screen and window between screen. Right side sash balancer broke at the plastic pully part attached to the screen. Assume both left and right will be needing replacement. numbers/letters on it 24 9 ofBSI metal part of unity measures 25 in. Thank you. Jason

Hi,I have a broken channel balance with some string that snapped off leaving a loose spring inside the channel balance. The blue letters on the unit read 86 24-3 DB5 1208 and the metal-to-metal length measures at 25".Please advise on the availability of this part.RegardsIan
