Hi,Please help me to find the same one like my broken one. The upper plastic part and the steel hook on the bottom are brocken. In this case, can I order only separate parts or do I need to replace the whole thing? Thanks in advanced!

Hi, I was trying to find a correct match for my window balance/channels. I have a few that say 25-9 and a few that say 24-9; all for the same size windows. On the 25-9 balances, the plastic top part was cut at the top, so it would fit. I do think the 24-9 is correct; bi can not find a match in yo ... (cont.)

Hello,There were no markings on the existing block and tackle. The steel rod measures 25 inches in length, see photo 2230. I need to order 2 of these for a window that slides up and down and would like to know what specific items I should order.Thank youJames

Hello. The Top Sash Guide (5/8" with the top hole 1/2" from top) is broken. I figure I will replace the rails as well. These are the photos. The only number on the slide rail is 243.

Broken springs on old Nuair single hung window. Length is 25". Shoe appears to b 15-004 - 1 13/32 long Top appears to be 19-005. Weight of window is 28 pounds. Looks like Swisco 385-2460 but I thought id's get your advice. Thanks

I would like to order 2 replacement window channel balances 25" long, 1/2" wide. 1" deep including plastic attachment at the bottom, otherwise 5/8" deepThe window weighs 21 lbs.
