the channel is 29", spring is about 14", window is single hung lifts up and in to remove window. installed around 1997.

Want to make sure I'm placing order for correct balance. The stamp on my existing balance reads, "29 3 AQ CALDWELL". Could you please identify correct replacement balance.

what I can see is : u 8 28c or u B 28c the channel is 29 inch length 9/16 width (1/2 inch).I don't know what the different options you have in your website.Please,help me find the correct one.Thanks!! JUAN Torres
