Hi, I am looking for spring balances for my Non Tilt windows in a 2006 block home in Florida. They are big and heavy windows (68"x52" approx) The Stamp reads " UB 28D" from what I can tell. See photo. The lengh of just the metal is 29" Need to replace balances for 4 windows.

We measured width and reads 5/8 balance has stamp that reads 28AUSP

Stamp 28D. Window size 26X62 inside. Shoes on base of window sill.

Good Afternoon, I'm in need of new balance pieces shown in the attached pictures. When I measured the piece it came out to a little bit less than 29in. When I looked up the code on the piece (2850) on the website, a completely different piece came up. Please help.

My tension rod has fallen down & I can't figure out how to get it out. The number in the picture is that the stamp identification?

I have already determined that the balancers are: 29" Series 385 Channel Balance S385-29 Option: 2820 However, I cannot determine which part number this is. It screws into the top of the window sash. They are brittle, and that's why the top portion is missing.

I'm looking to replace the attached 5/8" top sash guides in my windows. I am also replacing the balances with your 377 model. Let me know of any questions and thank you!

Can't find any markings or identifiers to help identify my brand of window. Have several windows that are in disrepair which seems to be from the same issue of worn out black and taco balances. Channel block & tackle window balance spring. Two per window. The channel measurement is 29 however the oart ia stamped 28D. thanks for your help

The original balance in the pictures I provided says 28b on it and is 29" long. A window person replaced some on a simple window and they say 28-2 Fq5-cmc 21. The plastic guide wings are the issue as I cannot seem to find a rod that includes the guide wings that are on my original balance rod. The g ... (cont.)

Have several windows not staying up. This appears to be the culprit. The metal piece is 29" long without the end caps. One cap appears to be broken. The channel is 5/8" wide (outside to outside).
