Need 2 of this balance channel,

Not sure what model and weight I need to be able to replace the balance both sides have broken.

I just don't know what type of window balance this is?

I am looking for 1-1/4'' Pivot Lock Shoe that is open can and has the same hook style as in attached pictures . Could you help me with finding the correct part? This is for IWC sash window.

The part I have is square not round. It is 21 in long. In tilting the window out when I went to put it back in the spring on the right side of the window where the channel is it is up to the top and I can't move it down at all.

It's all plastic. Has a # 6 on it

I need window pivot shoes and tilt latches for silverline window from approximately 2007. Pivot shoe measures 1 1/2 wide x 1/2 inch deep x 1 3/4 length and Tilt latches measure 5/8 wide x 2 3/8 long. I attached photos of each. Thank you!

Hello! I need 2 of these window balances along with the attached shoes. The number inscribed on it are "28C" and "BSI"

I am looking for these two parts. One is in a "T" shape and was found broken at the bottom of the encased metal spring. No markings visible. Cannot remove broken pivot lock shoes from track. I believe the piece it fits into is operational. Did I see there's a tool to remove the lock shoes? Thanks!

I measured the length of the channel balance to be 23 inches and the width to be 1/2 inch for the tilt style windows. I am thinking I need these 23" Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-23. Hi, I have some Patriot 1800j 33in windows that have broken shoes. The balance stamp says 30B. I want to order the default 795 30B with the 1 1/4 T shoe and screw in clip.
