I need to replace 4 window balances. They are marked 2830 and also 28C. The length of the metal channel is 29". The width of the channel is 1/2". Each sash weighs 19 lbs. The top shoe appears to be a 19-005. The bottom shoe appears to be A 7/8" winged channel balance shoe #15-029. Photos are attac ... (cont.)

Hi,Ja-Ni in customer service told me to contact you to order custom window balances after I sent her the following email:Hi Ja-ni,I measure the front to back length of the lower shoe to be 7/8". I have 7 windows I need balancers for. Five of the windows have a stamp number of 2940 (BSI) on the aluminum rail and are 30" long and 1/2" wide. Markings & numbered are 2920ce B.S.T 30" metal Need two please. 380-30 looks similar to what I need. It needs to work with item 18-161 which I purchased from you on Nov 18th 2020. Please help me to get the correct item. Thanks. Bibi

Balance is 30 inches long and 9/16 wide it is stamped 2940 at the end. I have attached some pictures of the ends. I need to know which one I need to order. Also I have a picture of a plastic piece that attaches to the window. I need to know which part I need to order

I need to replace single hung, non-tilt ,block and tackle window sash balances. Old part has 2940 BS1 stamped on it. Channel width 1/2", length of metal 30",channel depth 5/8". Both top and bottom shoes are winged. Your series 380 has the correct top shoe (19-005) but my old bottom winged shoe only ... (cont.)

The metal part is 23 inches and the with is 1/2 inch

37"H x 9/16W x 5/8"D channel (spring about 23" relaxed). "3635" for 36" wide windows. "2950" for 50" wide windows.
