I believe the I've found enough information on your site to know that the 15-259 pivot shoe is the proper replacement for the broken pivot shoe in the photos I've provided. Coil balance and carriage replacement.

Need pivot shoe for double hung window. Am sending picture of sticker on side of window frame. Second pic is of broken pivot show. I'll replace bottom and top window shoe. Nothing but China on the cam.

This thing broke in half under the cam. I don't know if it's part of a larger piece. The window tilts but only stays in position on one side. The windows are probably 15 years old at least. Can you guys help me out?
