15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe

I need 4 of these. 2 for an upper window and 2 for a lower window or the exact replacement.

I recently ordered replacement parts, but they do not work for this window. Can you help me identify the correct coil balance and the shoe for this window project? Thank you. -Christopher.

There were a lot of broken plastic bits.

I returned Pivot Shoe 15-192 because it has extended rails/guides either side, making it not a suitable fit for my 2007 Simonton brand windows. Please image indicating dimensions of my intact pivot shoe along with image of the ill-fitting pivot shoe. Please recommend a shoe that fits. Thank you ... (cont.)

Need to determine parts needed to replace a couple tilt latch and spring balance assemblies for Simonton windows manufactured in 1996. Also guidance in replacing them, ie do the side jambs need to be cut in order to remove and replace the parts. If so, suggested location for the cut. Already replace ... (cont.)

The pivot shoes in three lower sashes have broken. Do you have a suitable replacement like that shown in the photos and is 7/8" x 1 1/4" x 1 3/8" ? I believe a taller item would work, but the width and length need to fit in the track. Window frame and sash labels also attached in case they are helpf ... (cont.)

I see that pivot shoes fit right or left. I need 12 to replace in my three Simonton Windows brand double-hung windows. My photo includes dimensions of the pivot shoe. Please advise which of your pivot shoes might fit my application. thank you

Simonton coil balance replacements needed for 2 lower sash windows and one upper sash. Double coils they are. Bottom sash weights 21.7 lbs. I want to get the correct coils. I believe the I've found enough information on your site to know that the 15-259 pivot shoe is the proper replacement for the broken pivot shoe in the photos I've provided.
