Semco Double hung with broken balance pivot shoe. Pivot shoe is blue. The number on the balance is q22TG the color of the balance is white and it is ribbed channel. The pivot pin on the sash is also broken and the long screw that holds it in is bent.

Hi: While removing the interior window of my double-hung, I broke the clips in the balances. I don't know the manufacturer of the window, but there is an etched-in 'L' in the corner. Hello, I have Marvin Tilt Pac, 2434 size. Balance measures 35" and has 34R stamped on it. I believe your part - 35" Series 751 Channel Balance, is what I need. Is there anything else I need to validate prior to ordering? Thank You, Steve

My balance show 28tg and has a blue hook. See pictures. My jamb liner looks different than video and does not appear to be removable.

There aren't any dims on the website besides the length which is right and the ribbed metal channel's width is 9/16", but is considered 1/2" in the trade...... I was hired to fix this window and 2 more just like it. 8' tall and 3' wide wood double pane windows. Top sash has been made fixes by somebody adding some brackets. The sash is very heavy. The cords on the balances are hanging loose at the bottom.
