This is for a Tilt window.

The pivot I am looking for is a corner mounted pivot with dimensions that match your part 26-407 but the end matches part 26-164. It fits pivot shoe 15-105.

I'm trying to find the proper balances I should be ordering to replace a few faulty pennco ones. It has the marking 33HD on the channel and I've included some of the measurements I was able to get as well if the shoe. Can you tell by the photos what balance and shoe I need? I am looking for 2 sets to fix two windows (4 parts in total) and the spacer to enlarge the channel in order to remove the broken part.

The 4 pivot shoes are broken as well as the top right tilt latch and will need jamb tool and lube stick. Thank you,Robert

I have 29 inch channel balances but the closest thing I can find on your website has plastic fittings on both ends. None of mine have plastic fittings. The hook at the end on the string attaches to the tilt mechanism.
