15-105 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

I need some help identifying some parts for a window. The pivot lock shoes are broken. I can't find any way to get them out of the channel. The windows are aluminum so I can't use the spreaders. The existing springs are marked 2930 and the replacements seem to match the existing. The channel is 1 1 ... (cont.)

I need to replace the window balances in 4 windows and they all have the same balances put in them. All of them have issues with the strings snapping for some reason. The stamp reads 2140BS1B.

I have Kinko windows with channel balances stamped 2940 and 2840 that use your pivot shoe 15-105 and hooks 62-105 or equivalent. Needing 2 (left and right) balancers, and 2 (left and right) sash pivots. Removed what I thought was the sash pivot screw and cannot remove the pivot. The pivot shoe seems wider than the channel? Appreciate any help in advance!! Mike

Our aluminum double hung windows are over 50 years old, according to our neighbors. Some of the nylon pivot shoes are missing the round allow locking cylinder insert into which the pivot bar rests. Looking for these specific balancers. The windows are aluminum framed from 1984 with the balancers attaching front the top and stopping at the midway point of the frame. They are held to the pivot feet with strings.

Windows are 1994 purchased from Kinco but not sure of the actual window brand.

It has "7" stamped on it. We can't close our window and need to replace the boot.
